At Zeta, we have vast experience working with a variety of search analytics tools such as Open Site Explorer, MajesticSEO, Google Webmaster Tools and, of course, Google Analytics.  We wanted to find out the levels of discrepancy in data between all of these tools.  Which one was withholding data, which offered the most useful information and which provided us with the most statistics.
