Many people confuse ‘good’and ‘well’. ‘Good’ is an adjective and is used to describe nouns.E.g. That was agoodbook. ‘Well’ is an adverb and is used to tell us ‘how’ something is done. E.g. Jane singswell.
Underline the correct word in brackets: 1.It’s hard to find (good /well) avocados this time of year. 2.Jon writes (good / well). 3.The cricket team played (good / well) yesterday. 4.Henry doesn’t speak English very (good / well).
