This is the most inspiring book for the overweight (over-fat) health-minded individual today. We are amazed at the clear way in which Brad King presents the complex topics of obesity and weight loss. He gives each one of us hope with his excellent diet plans, including his Fat Wars shakes to help make the five to six meals per day of up to 500 calories each. We all want to snack our way to greater fat loss. All of the facts are current and organized well in a concise, yet scientifically valid, format.
We are all individual in our daily nutrition requirements, and Brad has presented a sound account of the true causes of obesity in America today. The differences between male and female metabolisms relating to the historical genetic necessities are carefully explained. He imparts to the reader his wonderful grasp of hormone influences on our daily routine. In our field of Longevity Medicine, we recognize Human Growth Hormone with Testosterone and Estrogen as being the keys to not only longevity but also to a healthy status. This tight and well-written book has reaffirmed the dangers from an overabundance of bloated fat cells as well as the beauty and health benefits of increased muscle mass.
