Dedication

I would like to start by dedicating this particular book to the all of you who have seen some good and bad days in your lifetime. I hope to encourage and inspire you to rediscover the awesome person that lives inside of you. I would passionately like for you to discover the true essence of your being through your faith, spiritual gifts and your predestine life. I want to encourage you to develop and grow that awesome gift/talent that lives inside of you, waiting to be productive on all levels of life.

I would love to see you master any confusion, distractions and/or hindrances that may arise in your life at inconvenient and unwanted times. I pray that you find solace and resolve for any situation that may complex your daily style of living. I also, hope that you would find that greatness in self that flows over into this world allowing you to connect with the world and its various needs through your insight for growth and peace. This world was created to benefit from everyone’s greatest and their various contributions to society out of love, kindness, generosity and spiritual gifts.

Finally, I would like to dedicate this book to the various clinics, classes, churches, CP E groups, hospitals, social events, and platforms that allowed me learn from and share my story. I am forever thankful for the individuals, patients and family members that allowed me to share in their stories and provide them with pastoral care and counseling, support and prayer. It was in these educational settings, churches, counseling and learning centers, and clinical hospital sites, where I was able to discover myself. These experiences allowed me the o pportunity to gain countless of number work hours and years of experience. These clinical encou nters blessed me with the education, knowledge, love and passion I needed to write this book.

I want to thank my Pastors Rev. /Dr. R.L. White, Jr. (Mount Ephraim Baptist Church), and Bishop Gary Hawkins, Sr. (Voices of Faith Ministries), for their encouragement, inspiration, and support in my life and ministry. It was their love and passion that motivated me in wanting to be the best man, counselor, father, son, brother, minster, pastor and role model I could be for others. I want to thank my family; my mother, Marie Thomas; my father and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Lavone F. and Marie Currie; my son Amari Currie, my daughter Sharlena J ade; my ex-wife Angela Currie and all my brothers and sisters for their love and support. Rest in Heaven my brothers Divonio M. Currie and Nathaniel Wright, and Uncle John Mitchell.

Most importantly, I give my greatest thanks and love to the Almighty God and His Son Jesus Christ for blessing me with the anointing, education, love and spirit to love people. It is in this resounding Faith, where I found myself and my special gift to love, encourage and inspire people’s lives through my ministry and writings. Love and Blessing to you all!

Acknowledgements

I am so thankful and blessed to have been chosen by God for ministry. It is this underneath passion and spirit driven desire that pushed me to this point in life. I will be forever grateful to my pastors and friends Rev. /Dr. R.L. White, Jr. and Bishop Gary Hawkins for their undying love and support of my ministry throughout the years. I am equally grateful for my educational experiences at some of the best colleges in the world in the Atlanta Unive rsity Center; Clark Atlanta University and the Interdenominational Theological Center.

These great institutions of extraordinary education have challenged and pushed me to excel beyond my natural potentials of higher education. My previ ous and current job experiences in law enforcement and the various hospital systems in Buf falo, New York and Atlanta, Georgia have granted me the experience in customer service, pastoral care and counseling, and spiritual healthcare. It was in the midst of these collective people and experiences are where I found my true faith and identity in God.

This is why I am so passionate and in love with the fact of providing the best pastoral care, spiritual counseling and support to whomever I come in contac t with in life, ministry and my clinical experiences. To see people delivered, healed, saved, reconciled and transformed according to their own belief and relationship with God, is an honor t o me. I have pledge my life to God and this ministry to be a light of hope to a wounded world in need of love and caring!
